3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through any Invest2Give, LLC form, checkout page, or registration page, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Invest2Give, LLC.
What you’ll receive: Messages may include webinar and event reminders (such as Wealth Homecoming Weekend), course and enrollment updates, appointment confirmations, and occasional promotional offers.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your enrollment and engagement with our programs.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan. Invest2Give, LLC is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
Opting out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Getting help: If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP, or contact us directly at [email protected] or 513-349-3177.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No data sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information collected in connection with SMS opt-in (name, email, etc.) are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
4. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
All purchases made through invest2give.com, including courses, coaching programs, masterminds, and event tickets, are subject to the payment terms and refund policy stated at the point of sale. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.
